These days, many people feel a strong desire to live their full potential.But… what does that actually mean?

Back in the day, a house and a car used to be enough. Now we all want to be happy, too?! 😉

You can feel this shift in the growing demand for coaching, retreats and personal development.The market is full of people offering to help you find your path – and that’s a good thing.Because let’s be honest: this world needs change.We need good energy! Bring it on.But… how do we get there?

Waiting won’t do it.

One thing I’ve noticed:Some people would rather be taken by the hand than start walking on their own.They’re waiting for a magical moment that will fix everything – without taking responsibility themselves.

But here’s the truth: that moment will not come. Life is not a switch. It’s a process.

Being comfortable in discomfort is one of the most powerful qualities to avoid drowning in overstimulation and overconsumption.

I often hear people say:

“I want to earn a lot of money so I can do something good with it.”

And I wonder…Why do we need so much money to do good things?Sure – to build schools, pay people fairly, create structures.But often the belief behind that is:

“Only once I have something, I’m allowed to give something.”

A few thoughts on your potential

I deeply believe:Each of us comes into this life with a unique set of gifts.

And when we’re in the right place, we naturally bring value – to ourselves and the world around us. You can choose to live a life where you use all your gifts…or you can keep adapting, shrinking, and just doing the bare minimum to get by.

But what if you were born in a place that had rigid ideas of “right” and “wrong”?Where no one ever encouraged you to listen to your inner voice?

Then life can quickly feel like a cage. Like a corset you never chose to wear.

But here’s the thing:The time for victimhood is over. YOU CAN. Period.

Change begins with a choice.

The path toward joy and creative power begins with one decision.

To de-cide (literally) means:Saying YES to yourself – and NO to what’s holding you back.

And that NO often hurts.Because it means leaving familiar paths, letting go of people, questioning the way things have always been.

Why is that so hard?Because change means uncertainty.And our nervous system remembers:Uncertainty = risk. Risk = potential death.

Behind every deep fear is the ancient survival fear:“If I change, I might die.”

So take your courage by the hand – and a clear WHY.

Think about your last deep metamorphosis:How many “deaths” did you go through?

In those times, I had to re-learn again and again:To bow. To trust. To surrender.

Yes, transformation has a price.But the gift waiting at the end of the tunnel?It’s 10,000 times more beautiful.

Sustainable change comes from within. Living your true potential requires many little ego deaths. You’ll meet old patterns, move through fear, and try new behaviors you’ve never tried before.

If you want to live your own potential – not your family’s, not society’s – it takes full awareness.

Ask yourself:— Why do I really want this?— Who in my family might have wanted this life – and I’m living it now for them?— What’s my personal anchor in times of uncertainty?

I walk with you, back to your core.
