My Why – Creating Spaces for Growth and Transformation

We humans carry infinite potential within us – yet sometimes, we don’t see it. And sometimes, we don’t dare to live it.
But when we take the time to truly understand ourselves, we not only transform our own lives – we also shift how we connect with others and how we experience the world.
My “why” is to create spaces where growth, transformation, joy and inner balance can unfold.
Because I believe that when we live in alignment with our inner truth, a deeper kind of vitality becomes available – for us and for the world around us.

Because I believe that when each of us lives from our deepest potential, we tap into an extraordinary, shared power – and life becomes richer for all of us.

We release outdated beliefs and open space for new ways of thinking, feeling, and being. This allows your true essence to shine and your life to be shaped with clarity, confidence, and joy.

It brings me deep joy to support individuals, teams, and projects in recognizing their strengths, clarifying their direction, and walking through life with calm presence and authentic power.

This is the gift I bring into the world: the ability to see the beauty, the resources, and the hidden strengths in people – and to walk beside them with the tools, trust, and steadiness needed to bring those gifts into life.
My Teachers – A Source of Inspiration
We are constantly learning – from friends, partners, work, and nature. Some of the most formative influences on my path have been the trainings I received from the following teachers:

Ina Mehrfert:
Former basketball player on the German national team, member of the Council of Elders of Indigenous Peoples committed to preserving traditional wisdom, and a master of the sweat lodge tradition. Her strength and clarity have deeply shaped my journey.

Marlis Delaquis:
An expert in systemic coaching and constellations. With her vast knowledge and wisdom, she gifted me a solid foundation for the work I do today.

Karin Zaugg and the Visio Coaching team:
They showed me how trust and love can foster real growth. I spent three years there as a trainer in work techniques and as a coach in vocational reintegration – a time that deeply influenced me.
Lotos Yoga Basel and Yoga Vidya:
The knowledge of anatomy, breathing techniques, and resilience management I gained here has become a central pillar of my work.
My Trainings and Core Areas
I combine knowledge from various fields to support people in a truly holistic way:
-
Systemic Coaching and Genogram Work, with a focus on individual and organizational constellations
-
Breathwork and body-based therapies, resilience training, stress regulation, meditation, psychology, and nature-based teachings – all grounded in a deep understanding of personal growth and transformation
-
My studys as an executive assistant and my professional experience in this role at companies such as Tishman Speyer and ETA SA have given me valuable insights into the dynamics of successful and complex corporate environments aswell as the rolls within.
Ick Bin ein Berliner
Born in Berlin and raised in the Brandenburg countryside – with plenty of earth beneath my feet – my path has led me through many stages of life. From working as an executive assistant to hospitality and now to my work as a coach and trainer, one thing has always remained at the center: supporting people in their growth and development.
Switzerland has been my chosen home for over 12 years – a place where I’ve been able to live my passion for personal transformation and inner unfolding.
My foundation is broad and deeply rooted: my education and ongoing training reflect both my versatility and my holistic approach. Alongside a solid background in business and communication, I’ve studied psychology, systemic coaching, yoga, body-based therapies, nature-based knowledge, and energy work.
I'm especially fascinated by the psychology of the human mind – by the way thoughts and emotions shape behavior, and by techniques that bring clarity and awareness. I blend traditional wisdom teachings with modern approaches like those of Byron Katie and Steve de Shazer.
My work with young people has given me a deep understanding of human needs and the realities of our time. My experience as a coach in job integration and career counseling sharpened my ability to recognize strengths, support the job application process, and hold space for people navigating physical or psychological challenges.
What drives me:
Since childhood, I’ve been captivated by the complexity of human nature and the beauty of the natural world. This curiosity has led me to explore how people think, feel, and act – and how they can overcome inner blocks to live more fully and freely.
All of this flows into my work: I support people in discovering their inner strength, reconnecting with what matters, and finding a lasting sense of balance.
